All certificates and credentials are issued directly by the RTO delivering the training. Carers Academy facilitates booking but does not issue qualifications.
Renewal Requirements
CPR (HLTAID009) requires annual renewal. First Aid (HLTAID011) requires renewal every 3 years. Check with your employer for specific requirements.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies vary by RTO. Most providers allow free cancellation up to 48 hours before the session. Check individual provider terms during booking.
